Jan Fransen has been a trainer at ARJ for over 10 years and specializes in strength and conditioning training for recreational people and young children. His strength lies in motivating people and creating a safe, accessible atmosphere for everyone — regardless of age, experience, or background. On Saturday morning, he trains the little ones, often with their parents, and proudly sees how some have grown into juniors and seniors. For Jan, ARJ feels like coming home — a place where you can be yourself and where everyone is welcome.
