During this kickboxing lesson in The Hague, you will learn techniques from boxing, Muay Thai and classical kickboxing. You train in pairs and alternate between punch, kick and pad training. Sparring is allowed, but it is never mandatory. The focus is on technique, fitness and mental strength — at your level, at your pace.

Kan ik trainen zonder te sparren?

Absoluut. Je kunt prima meedoen aan alle trainingen zonder te sparren. De focus ligt op techniek, conditie en kracht.

Can I also save during training?

Yes, there is room for sparring in some lessons, but this is never mandatory. We always do this safely and under supervision.

Hoe zwaar is een gemiddelde training?

De trainingen zijn uitdagend, maar goed te doen voor elk niveau. Je bepaalt zelf je tempo – en je zult merken dat je snel sterker wordt.

Is there a separate lesson for women?

Yes, we have special women's classes. A nice and safe environment where you train with other women, at your own pace.
