About advanced kickboxing lessons

This lesson is intended for athletes who already have experience with kicboxing and want to prepare for competitions. You train with other advanced students in an intensive setting where technique, sharpness and perseverance are key. The lesson consists of combination training on pads, technique and tactic blocks, sparring at a level. Everything is about progressing towards the ring — with respect, discipline and professional guidance.

You will be coached by experienced trainers and pros with competitive experience at the highest level. This is where the difference is made.

Is the gym easily accessible by public transport?

Sure. The gym is within walking distance of a bus stop and is therefore also easily accessible without a car. For example, it's a 10-15 walk from The Hague Central Station and Hollands Spoor. Are you coming by car? The first 2 hours of parking are free on the Bink36 site.

What does a membership cost?

We offer different subscriptions depending on how often you train. Check the pricing page or ask us for advice.

Kan ik trainen zonder te sparren?

Absoluut. Je kunt prima meedoen aan alle trainingen zonder te sparren. De focus ligt op techniek, conditie en kracht.

Can I also save during training?

Yes, there is room for sparring in some lessons, but this is never mandatory. We always do this safely and under supervision.

Hoe zwaar is een gemiddelde training?

De trainingen zijn uitdagend, maar goed te doen voor elk niveau. Je bepaalt zelf je tempo – en je zult merken dat je snel sterker wordt.

Is there a separate lesson for women?

Yes, we have special women's classes. A nice and safe environment where you train with other women, at your own pace.

Are the training courses organized by level?

Yes, we offer various lessons for beginners, advanced and fanatical athletes. This way, you get the most out of every workout.

Hoe meld ik me aan voor een proefles?

Dat regel je supersnel via onze website. Vul het formulier in en kies jouw moment – wij zorgen voor de rest.

Is er parkeergelegenheid bij de gym?

Jazeker, je kunt bij ons voor de deur (gratis) parkeren. Ook met de fiets of scooter ben je zo binnen.

Can I change clothes in the gym?

Yes, there are changing rooms where you can change clothes quietly before and after training.

What's the difference between boxing and kickboxing?

In boxing, you only use your hands, while in kickboxing, you also use your legs for kicking. It makes the training extra dynamic and complete.

Do I have to be fit to start kickboxing?

No, you know. You just came to get fit. The lessons are easy to structure and you always train at your own level.

Do I have to bring my own boxing gloves?

You don't need your own boxing gloves for your first lesson, you can borrow them from us. Do you decide to subscribe? Then we expect you to bring your own gloves for hygiene purposes. Finally, that also tastes just that little bit better!

Can I also take private lessons?

Yes, we also offer private training. Ideal if you want to grow faster or would like personal guidance. Just send us a message for the options.

Wat moet ik meenemen naar mijn eerste les?

Sportkleding, een handdoek en een flesje water zijn voldoende. Heb je al bokshandschoenen? Neem ze mee! Anders kun je ze bij ons lenen.

Is kickboxing suitable for beginners?

Absolutely! Many of our members started out with no experience. Our trainers explain everything step by step, so you can enter at your own pace.
