About kickboxing with women

The lesson kickboxing with women has been specially developed for women who want to exercise in an accessible and safe way. You train in a group with other women, where technique, fitness and fun are key.

During training, you will work on punching and kicking combinations on punching bags and pads — no physical contact is required. Sparring is allowed, but it is definitely not mandatory. You train in a pleasant atmosphere, under the guidance of an experienced and motivating trainer.

Whether you want to lose weight, get fitter, release stress, or just spend an hour alone, this class is for you.

Every woman is welcome regardless of age, background or sporting experience.

Reserve a trial lesson

Is the gym easily accessible by public transport?

Sure. The gym is within walking distance of a bus stop and is therefore also easily accessible without a car. For example, it's a 10-15 walk from The Hague Central Station and Hollands Spoor. Are you coming by car? The first 2 hours of parking are free on the Bink36 site.

Is the contact in women's lessons hard or light?

The contact is light and controlled. The focus is on technique, fitness and fun, not hard sparring.

Hoe meld ik me aan voor een proefles?

Dat regel je supersnel via onze website. Vul het formulier in en kies jouw moment – wij zorgen voor de rest.

Is er parkeergelegenheid bij de gym?

Jazeker, je kunt bij ons voor de deur (gratis) parkeren. Ook met de fiets of scooter ben je zo binnen.

Do only women train in women's classes?

Yes, women's classes are exclusively for women. So you always train in a familiar group with only other women.

Can I change clothes in the gym?

Yes, there are changing rooms where you can change clothes quietly before and after training.

Do I have to bring my own boxing gloves?

You don't need your own boxing gloves for your first lesson, you can borrow them from us. Do you decide to subscribe? Then we expect you to bring your own gloves for hygiene purposes. Finally, that also tastes just that little bit better!

Wat moet ik meenemen naar mijn eerste les?

Sportkleding, een handdoek en een flesje water zijn voldoende. Heb je al bokshandschoenen? Neem ze mee! Anders kun je ze bij ons lenen.
