What do you need?

Onze kickbokslessen zijn toegankelijk voor elk niveau. Of je voor het eerst traint of al ervaring hebt, onze trainers helpen je aan een sterke techniek, betere conditie en meer zelfvertrouwen. Je traint in een veilige en motiverende omgeving, samen met mensen die hetzelfde doel hebben: fitter, sterker en energieker worden.

    Do you already have them? Great, take them with you. If not, you can lend them the first training from us!

The contact is light and controlled. The focus is on technique, fitness and fun, not hard sparring.

Do only women train in women's classes?

Yes, women's classes are exclusively for women. So you always train in a familiar group with only other women.
